Complaints to the Council
We provide a comprehensive range of courses in accessible safe and comfortable locations. We always like to hear your comments and suggestions about improving the service. However if you are not happy with the service you receive we operate a complaints procedure. We seek to deal promptly and effectively with any complaints as follows:-
a) Initially a complaint should be forwarded to the nearest member of staff available ( e.g. tutor, clerical assistant or caretaker) This person will normally resolve the matter or pass it to another member of staff for attention.
b) If the above course of action is not possible you may complain to the Community Education Manager in person, by phone or in writing who will hopefully be able to resolve it. The address to write to is shown below.
